Company Description

Molly Vernon is a seasoned, award winning filmmaker with over 25 years experience in the film industry working in production management and as a writer, director, and editor. Her short film COLD WAR won 1st Place (Best Film) at the Houston 48HFP and was invited to screen at Cannes Film Festival in 2012 and her short film THE VOID won 1st Place at Splatterfest in 2014. She is a retired film and theatre professor who has served professionally as a Producer, Production Manager, Production Coordinator, 1st and 2nd Assistant Director on dozens of film, television, and web projects over the years. Molly has served on panels and adjudicated films at multiple festivals and film competitions and is co-founder of Vernon-McKee Productions with Cinematographer Larry McKee.
